Homey launched a white-label app, built on Kord, covering identity verification, address verification, AML checks, and Safe Harbour compliant checks. As one Homey team member put it, “We wanted something that was unique to us, something that says ‘Homey’.” Manual processes were replaced with automated, complete reports ready for their legal partners.
The outcome
Over four years with Kord, Homey has processed more than 13,500 checks, with a 79% completion rate. Monthly volumes have grown 324% from lowest to peak month, reaching 580 checks a month on average. Solicitors now get accurate, ready-to-use compliance data without the back-and-forth of manual work.
